Leadership Beyond Titles
Throughout my work with leaders and teams, I repeatedly saw capable people being asked to influence, support others, make decisions and navigate uncertainty — regardless of whether they held formal leadership titles.
Many were navigating increasing pressure, organisational change and complex team dynamics without always having the space or support to develop these skills sustainably.
This experience shaped the way I approach coaching and leadership development today.
